Dear Valued YANG MING Customer:

EC4: MV Madrid Bridge 016E/W

As per Customer Advisory dated January 14, 2022, MV Madrid Bridge, serving in our East Coast 4 (EC4) Service, suffered container collapse in the North Atlantic Ocean during transit to her next port of call in New York, USA.

Based on vessel operator's update, the vessel is expected to arrive in Charleston on or around January 20, 2022 and to berth in Hugh K. Leatherman upon completing the necessary inspection and assessment of the vessel condition. The plan is to discharge all damaged units and Charleston imports during the vessel’s call in Charleston, subject to prevailing conditions.

More details on the schedule recovery and cargo arrangement will be advised once information is available.

We regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this regard. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your sales account representative for additional information.

Sincerely,
