We would like to inform you that we have discovered a data leakage incident. After initial investigation, the affected data has been identified as inspection documents related to non-DG shipment between 2019-2024. This data includes safety data sheets (SDS), test reports, LOIs, packing lists, a very limited number of DG declaration documents, emails, invoices, and survey reports, which contain personal information such as company names, individual names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

When the incident was detected, we immediately initiated emergency response measures and enhanced system protection protocols. The impacted system was promptly restored, and this incident has not affected our normal operations. We have informed the relevant authorities about the incident and are working closely with them.

Given that phishing is a commonly used method of hacker attacks, we encourage you to remain vigilant against suspicious activities. Always verify the authenticity of emails, SMS, or phone calls, especially those requesting money transfers or password resets, even if they appear to originate from Yang Ming.
